This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. Located on Hospital Hill it's a five minute drive into the city. Two double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bedroom with bunks. Enjoy glimpsing visiting ships on the bay. Less than 4 min (350 m) easy walk to the safe little beaches in Ahuriri and only minutes away with the car to Napier centre.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
