Two bedroom flat near the sea

The apartment is on the first floor of a building which has a basement, ground floor and the first floor. It is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games and books. The flat has underfloor heating. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Η Αγριά είναι ένα όμορφο μέρος κοντά στο Βόλο που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Έχει αρκετά καταστήματα εστίασης (παραδοσιακά τσιπουράδικα, κ.α). Εκτός από τις παραλίες της Αγριάς όπου αρκετοί κάνουν το καθημερινό τους μπάνιο, σε κοντινές αποστάσεις υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες και φανταστικές διαδρομές για πεζοπορία στο Πήλιο.

Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.
