Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. The antecedent mansion used to be inhabited by the Ottoman Empire and the Venetians and left behind beautiful touches all around property. The house offers an exhibition of bakery, kitchen and gardening tools that have been used in the Cretan traditional life.
