Kate’s place was amazing! Such a great little spot right on the edge of the Cotswolds in the lovely town of Carterton. Perfect if you’ve got a dog - the ground floor studio has its own private garden which was super handy. The place was spotless and really cozy. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

Beautiful, private perfect space for one or a couple with everything I needed. Beautiful countryside location but near enough to Oxford for me. Victoria and Darren were excellent hosts. The local shop is lovely for coffee and cake though don't rely on it for basics.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Well where do I start?? Kate’s apartment is pure luxury, it is beautiful with lots of bespoke furniture, an immaculate kitchenette with top of the range electricals. The whole place was immaculate, not a speck of dust anywhere, it was super clean. The location is beautiful and that carried on into the garden, it was just stunning. Kate welcomed us from the veranda and was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, My only wish, is that we could have stayed longer. However we going to get a date in our diary to return to Kate’s place for another luxurious stay away.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

We had a wonderful Easter break staying at this lovely home with our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a real bonus—perfect for the kids to play and for us to relax. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was ideal for exploring Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families!

We especially loved the quiet surroundings—it felt like a perfect escape. Just a short 5-minute walk takes you to the stunning Oxford Meadow, which was absolutely lovely for morning strolls. High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

Our stay at Andrew's apartment was perfect! I stayed there for 3 nights, with my 4 year old, and it was a big relief to be in such a clean and gorgeous apartment in the most AMAZING location! The central location and private parking made this accommodation an absolute dream. It was very clean, well stocked, had everything as described and was a peaceful place to sleep. In a very safe and beautiful area! The apartment backs on to Marlow High Street which has endless restaurants, cafes, pubs and the park and river practically on your doorstep! Andrew was super helpful with instructions and recommendations and very forgiving when I missed a leaving message from him detailing where to leave the keys!! I had read the house manual prior to check out and followed those different instructions instead - but he was very understanding about me not checking my messages in a timely manner, due to travel and hectic life with a toddler. I would 100% recommend this apartment, and I hope to be back!

Kay's property is perfectly located for exploring the Cotswolds (we went to Kiftsgate, Hidcote, Kelmscott Manor and Cerney Gardens) and just a short walk into Cirencester to see St John Baptist Church and all round the Abbey Gardens. Such a quiet, peaceful spot and the sunny garden is lovely to relax in after a day out walking! We really enjoyed staying here. Comfy bed and comfy sofa! Would recommend and look forward to staying again....still lots more to see!

Loved staying here as was spacious, clean and relaxing. We could invite our friends back for a drink or afternoon tea and sit in the end room or out in the deck area. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. Washing machine was great to have. Being spacious meant it was relaxing to come back to after being out for the day. The location was a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a few minutes walk from a big convenience store. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They offered to help us with anything we needed We visited Witney from NZ to catch up with old friends. It felt like a home away from home!
