This was one of our best Airbnb experiences! The place was exactly as described, super-clean, and matched the photos, and is a great choice for families visiting Vanderbilt or otherwise exploring Nashville. Beds were comfortable, garage parking was a big plus, the kitchen and living area were spacious and inviting, and the kitchen was stocked with all the hardware we needed. We definitely would book again if back in Nashville!

This was a great apartment. The decor, pool, etc felt very Nashville. You can’t beat being right next to so many recording studios, and the building is close enough to walk to many entertainment options, but far enough away to still be peaceful when it’s time to relax. I recommend this apartment!

Great place to stay, very close to Broadway! There were very minor issues such as hair in many areas of the condo. On our last night a neighbor across the way was fighting with someone outside, very loud & late at night, around 1am-2am (which I know the host isn't to blame.) other then what is stated above I would definitely book with this host again ! Plenty or amenities and lots to do in the area, great place !!

The rest of the reviews really speak for the space. If you are thinking 1 bathroom was a bit tight for 6 girls, there are also 2 common area washrooms (one on the 5th floor in the common space and one on the main floor) that I don’t see talked about. No complains, the cute air bnb was the cherry on top of a great trip!

Olivia's place a great last minute find as our original airbnb had to cancel the Thursday before we arrived on Sunday. Location couldn't be any better to get to all the midtown. Very responsive host and answered any questions we had. Will definitely re-book for our next adventure!

This place was just perfect for a long weekend in Nashville! We had three girls and felt right at home with plenty of space; would be totally great for four people as well. The place was in an amazing location and had so many amenities, from the vanities to the ice maker to the lotion and bathroom supplies. I would be remiss not to mention the Dolly Parton theme as well. Also, great local recommendations in the house guide. Book your next stay here!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The host is very responsive and helpful. The unit was perfect for what we needed and lots of food options in walking distance of the unit.

We came to Nashville for my nephew’s graduation from Belmont University! Great time with family!

This was our first trip to Nashville and the city did not disappoint. With all of the music and bar action it was comforting to walk back to Kimberly’s place and find the unit looking out across the river. Kimberly’s recommendation book was spot on. We ate at almost all of her recommendations. All in all, Kimberly’s apartment was perfect for our stay and recommend it for others.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic place for our 4 nights in Nashville! Super clean and the host was super responsive. We thankfully didn't need them during our stay but they were very helpful with my questions before hand!

First and foremost, the host was super communicative and kind! I have never worked with a host so easy to communicate with and willing to help. :) Second, the destination is perfect for someone who want to be near the action of downtown, but also somewhere a little more private compared to a hotel. The traffic outside of the Airbnb can be a little loud, but this place has the ultimate host! Inside, she left us eye masks, ear plugs, and a white noise machine. We used the machine every night and, despite the noise outside, slept so well. I would absolutely recommend!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Before our trip, I spent a long time researching accommodations because I wanted the best experience. We had a great stay overall. The location was excellent. It had a beautiful view, fast WiFi, great AC, and was within easy walking distance of Brooklyn Bowl. Parking was conveniently close to the entrance, and the shower had great water pressure (almost too much pressure). The bed frame was loud, and the height of the mattress came up to my belly button (I'm 5'4"), so some people might find it difficult to get in and out of bed. The couch was comfy. A box fan in the bedroom would help with airflow and masking neighbor noise. There were a few things that could have been upgraded, but nothing that truly interfered with our stay. We appreciated the peaceful river view from the balcony. With a few small upgrades, this place could easily go from good to fantastic. I would rebook with Todd.

Nice, safe unit within a secure building that has a front desk in lobby. Parking garage and great rate. Easily walkable to Broadway where bars are located. Short drive to other Nashville attractions using our rental car. Frederick answered any questions I had very quickly. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a 2 night concert in Nashville. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Nissan stadium, about a mile. We had our 2 boys, ages 12 and 10, and felt safe walking with them. We were able to walk to Broadway as well as Germantown. The condo was very comfortable and an awesome spot on the river. If and when we return to Nashville we would absolutely check availability here first!

I absolutely loved my stay at Nick's condo! It was the perfect spot for my extended work trip. I loved the location because it was so close to my work project, but it also had great walkability to food spots & several places to run errands. The Midtown / West end neighborhood felt super safe & I loved the energy. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities of the building are so awesome! The gym is great and never super busy & I loved all the communal areas and decor. Props to the hydration & coffee station. The condo itself was the best part! So amazingly decorated & a great layout with beautiful views of Midtown/the cute hotel rooftop across the way. The condo has everything you need for cooking, cleaning/laundry, lounging, closet space etc. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE--I loved it that much! Nick was great with meeting me with check-in and constantly communicating throughout my extended stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone & anyone! Hope to be back on my next work trip!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location to the stadium & entertainment district . We would definitely stay here again .

Perfectly convenient to place when visiting downtown. Covered parking is a plus. Liz's place was everything need to crash after a couple of concerts and rest during the day. It's about a 20/25 minute walk to Nissan stadium or Broadway. Would definitely stay again should if we have events downtown.

My wife and i had a great time while in Nashville. Cindys place was very clean and in a great neighborhood within walking distance of the Gulch and Broadway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit nashville. You get all the city offers and her place is perfect. 20-30 min walk to most places and Uber was anywhere from $10-$15. Very nice place and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back
